I got a phone call with a Store Team Leader and then passed my information to another Store Team Leader. I then had a face-to-face interview.The interviews questions consisted of the interview questions on here "Tell Me a Time When"... After that interview I was told that my information would be passed to another Store Team Leader and got another interview within a week with another Store Team Leader. Same 5 questions " Tell me a time When". Then the interviewer asked me to go to Target.com/careers and research the different jobs. After the interview I was told that I would be contacted within 72 hours. I then did my research the next day and sent it to the Store Team Leader. I am still waiting for someone to contact me on the next process of the interview. This interview process has been a very lengthy process.

Got the interview from a career fair. Met with one person who handled hiring and had a great conversation and had one other phone interview. Asked me relevant questions and I was excited about the role
