J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target en oct. 2011
Entretien
From the very first interview, which I secured through my college's career fair, I could tell that it would be a lengthy process. The first of four interviews was 2 back to back 1:1 interviews with the GMs of local Target stores. I was asked a total of 10 situational/behavior questions that all started with "Tell me about a time ..." The second interview was scheduled for 2 weeks after my initial interview and consisted of an interview with the boss of the first two ladies who interviewed me, again, many situational/behavior questions. I was emailed a few days later that they would holding a informational meeting for the 12 candidates who have moved on to the third interview with the District Managers. The third interview was a 2:1 interview with more situational/behavioral questions. The fourth and final interview was a phone interview and consisted of 2 basic questions that were easily answered after the long interview process. I was called a day later and told that they would like to extend an internship offer to me. I immediately accepted. Drug test was required within 24 hours and a background check in 48 hours. The whole process took about 6 weeks.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
