Applied Online. Got a call next day to come in for an interview the following week. The day of interview I arrived about 10 mins early , I was directed to wait in the food express area. I waited there over an hour before I wad acknowledged by management. We then went into the back office for the interview it took approximately 20mins for the first round, one person. Basic interview question tell me about yourself, what would you do in this situation. After that I moved up into the second round interview with a higher up manager. She asked me simlair questions, these was more harder. Both people was very friendly, interactive, and stated they liked me so at that point felt confident. The second interview lasted another 20mins. At that point I was told I could move on into the 3rd interview but the gm was busy so they reschedule for the following week. The day of the 3rd interview I was seen about 20mins waiting, the gm then stated she hasn't even looked at my resume and didn't introduce herself until I asked who she was and her postion. She was very unprofessional and gave no eye contact. Ask same group of questions I had previously, after that she said she would contact me later in the week because she has about 4 interviews per day. Waste of time, unprofessional, and a lot of work for an entry-level postion
