Walk in interview, basically just asked a bunch of tell me a time questions. They were very easy, I mostly related them to school or a sport that I played. Got immediate job offer for the position.

Tell me a time when you contributed in a group setting
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.
