Very easy, a phone call and hired within minutes, they asked me why I wanted to work at target and why I wanted to work at their specific location. All in all I believe it took about 10 minutes out of my day.

The interview process was entirely online, where the prompt would be given, and then you would record your response for 1 min. However, you were allowed 3 attempts, which really helped.

Simple and straightforward. The questions that are asked are not meant to be hard at all. They want everyone and anyone that wants to work at Target. As long as you have a good work ethic and good behavior.
