Personal interview second- general easy questions, both about you and why you would want to work for target

2 stage intervie process, 1st group stage and second with operations manager. Both were one week apart. Easy process and being confident in asking questions will help you succeed. No roleplay but questions were asked upon how you would handle customer concerns or attend to customer needs.
Very smooth, enjoyable and welcoming. The interviewers were very prepared and made/adapted the process for lockdown and was done well. No problems whatsoever. Did group questions and answered questions individually.
