J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Target Australia (Sydney)
Entretien
I received an email to book in for a group interview at Target. There were six timeslots across three days. I was group interviewed with about 20 other people. We weren't split up, but instead all interviewed together in a big group. There was the HR manager, who conducted the interview, and 3 managers who were quietly taking notes. Most candidates were dressed business casual and looked neat. The interview was about an hour and a half long.
The interview started with everyone introducing themselves, and describing a Target product that best describes their personality. Then we were asked to work in a small group, to do some easy tasks relating to safety and another task on what we know/why we want to work for Target. We then had to present in front of the whole group. Everyone was super nice and it was a comfortable atmosphere. You should make sure to speak clearly and confidently. Also make sure to smile and nod when other people are talking.
After the activities were finished, the HR manager told us key dates, our possible duties and answered questions. Then the managers each handpicked candidates to have a one on one interview with. Only 9 people were selected out of 20. The rest were asked to leave, and I'm pretty sure they weren't successful. The one-on-one interview was pretty quick, asked about our availability, if we were studying, asked if we had transport and could work late nights and if we had prior experience.
After 1 week, they send you an email for your working rights check (if successful), and once you upload the documents they will send you a confirmation of your job offer after a couple days.

The interview process was very laid back and chill. The interviewer talked a bit about the company and their role, and then asked a couple of questions about you. The interview was pretty short.

Personally I had a group interview but they do have individual interviews too. general questions were asked as well as job specific, and customer service related questions. we also had to sell a product to the interviewer.

Question 1
We were each given a random product and told to sell it to the interviewer
It was easy and friendly. It's not exactly difficult to get through either, standard questions you'd see in retail about progression and willingness to learn. There may perhaps be a bias towards younger and more enthusiastic people given the fact you're interacting with customers
