After handing in my resume i got a call back a couple days after saying they're interested in hiring me and that my resume looked good. we had a group interview, everyome was super nice and the interviewer was really chill and laid back like literally the coolest guy ive ever met. The first activty was to fill out a store recruitment guide and contained availability details and several follow up questions. Next we had to pair up and find out a couple interesting facts about thr other person and present them which broke the ice and made us less nervous, everyone was super lovely and funny, the last activity was a problem solving activity and had to work in groups to say what we would prioritise first to last, we all presented our answers in turns and then next we had our one on one interview which was a short series of questions basically repeating exactly what was on the store recruitment interview guide.
Sent a day and time for an interview through application site. Was a group interview with around maybe 10 people, simple tasks working in a group for the interviewer to assess how we would suit the workplace. Followed with a 1 on 1 with the interviewer, asking simple questions like availability, school etc. Took way longer than expected, 2+ hours. Heard back ~1 week later via automated email using their application system.

I applied online and received an email with an interview invitation a week or so later. There was a group interview to begin with where all the applicants were in a room and we did some different activities e.g. making up sales pitches to sell Target products to one another, things like that. After that we had an individual interview that lasted 5-10 minutes. They got back to us in about a week and a half with the interview outcome. The interviewers were friendly enough but it was a pretty formal experience. They did not tell us to bring photo ID but it was required on the day, so definitely bring a passport or a student ID card. They also asked about availability and expect you to be pretty flexible, even in school. They mentioned the possibility of shifts as long as ten hours during holidays or on weekends.
