My interview experience with TTS was honestly a pleasant surprise. I walked in expecting the usual interrogation-style questions, bright lights, and someone yelling “Where were you on the night of…?” — but instead, I got warm conversations that felt more like a thoughtful exchange than an exam.
The interviewers were genuinely engaged, asked smart questions, and actually listened to the answers (a rare skill these days!). I was definitely a bit stressed at first — my voice did that shaky thing, and my brain briefly considered fleeing the country — but they immediately picked up on it and did their best to help me relax. It worked. I found myself enjoying the conversation instead of counting the minutes.
A huge plus: the process was organized. Like, impressively organized. Every step had a clear agenda, dates were respected, no one rescheduled last-minute, and I didn’t have to refresh my inbox 200 times wondering if someone had forgotten me. That level of punctuality says a lot about respect for candidates’ time — and trust me, it does not go unnoticed.
Overall, the whole experience felt human, encouraging, and refreshingly drama-free. I left each interview feeling confident and heard — not drained or judged. If more companies treated candidates this way, Glassdoor would be a much calmer place.
The recruitment process involves three interviews: a first screening interview followed by a general assessment, and then two additional interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role.

Entretien
There were 4 interviews and a take home assignment. Prescreening with Compliance Officer to discuss background and resume. Followed by a take home assignment which was a case study and excel analytics. The assignment was discussed with the hiring manager. Cross functional interview with Director of CX and lastly an interview with the Head of FinCrime.
The interview process as a whole was extremely informative, diving into the company culture, vision, and mission.
