I had a very positive interview experience at Tapestry. The interview included around 25 to 40 questions, mostly focused on real retail scenarios. Since I have previous experience in retail, I found the questions reasonable and familiar—I had already faced most of the situations they asked about.
The managers were respectful and professional throughout the process. I appreciated that there was no discrimination in the hiring process. They’re inclusive, open to everyone, and genuinely aim to train and support their team. Even if it’s your first or second time applying for a retail role, don’t be intimidated—they make sure you feel comfortable

Entretien
First of all, intervewer asked to introduce yourself. Followed by, they asked about KPI, your previous company sales target, sales figure, how many percent of sales target did I hit?

What do you know about the brand? Why do you want to join this company?
The recruitment team was super sweet as always, and asked me about my knowledge in the company. While they were asking me some questions, it did seem that they were very attentive and good listeners
