      After applying, I had a brief intro call with their recruiter, Juliana Pinzon, to discuss my experience and next steps. Over two weeks later, I was invited to complete a take-home project: a basic inventory app in Angular. I spent several days on it and even implemented a .NET Core C# WebAPI as a bonus feature - bear in mind this is a front end role. I submitted the project but never received a confirmation or any acknowledgment from Juliana. A week later, I got a generic rejection email from her saying while they were impressed with the project they had chosen another candidate. I followed up asking for feedback of my project, given the time invested, but was completely ghosted. Disappointing process overall—no feedback, poor communication, and ultimately just another company that shows little regard for candidates once they've been rejected.
