Horrible. They will have a carrot hanging in front of you through 6+ interviews. Avoid this company. Wasted time. They act like you don’t have other priorities. If it takes you 6+ interviews to decide if you want someone, then maybe you shouldn’t be in charge of hiring. Be considerate of candidates’ time.
