First interview was quick. They asked the essential questions about professional work experience and sales experience as well. They asked if I was willing to work on a commission only based job. They said that the average minimum commission that agents get on a bad month is 10k AED Emirati Dirham. They said that the agents don´t all get the same clients as the clients depends on the number of languages the agents speak fluently. They asked how soon will I be moving to UAE.
