Applied with app, interview w/manager at the restaurant. Was required to bring a resume and manager asked what qualifications make me a good fit for the position. Went through the resume with the manager and discussed specific aspects of it. Friendly process, fairly casual as well. Started work very quickly after the interview process. Had no hostessing experience prior, just good interpersonal skills.
