First I got sent an email with a couple of questions that would gain a better insight into my experience and skill set. There were three questions that were about job specific, and two about salary and job availability.

Question 1
How many years of experience do you have working as a Project Manager?
There were three stages, one with the CEO, one with the Senior PM, and one with the founder of the company. They all mostly asked questions regarding previous experience, previous education, and why I wanted to work for them. The interviews were both in my native language and English, so as to see how proficient I was, and the last question was related to the salary and my expectations.
