Interview took place in 3 rounds, tho the director round was weird as the person didn't seem interested in the interview and barely conversed with the questions and any feedback for the questions

interview process took 3 rounds.
1. 1st round based on your projects. 1 hour
2 Assignment for 1 week.
3. Discussion on your assignment. 1:30 hour
4. discussion on project and assignment with founder. 1 hour.
cleared all rounds . asked for document to make possible offer.
wait for 1 week. and one fine day they will say.. we are not moving forward with you.
your hope of 1 weeks will die... from next day onward you will again focus on others ongoing interview.
Don't make hope for this comapny ..even if cleared all round untill you have offer in hand.
