It starts with a phone screen. If it goes good, you are scheduled another call with someone else. If that following call goes well, you are scheduled for an in-person interview. Here is the issue: this in-person interview was described to ME as a job shadow. It was NOT a job shadow at all. So I was not prepared for what I walked into at all. What actually happened was, I was took to a meeting room and interviewed with 2 manangers. After that I interviewed with about 5 girls on the recruiting team and the manager. I kind of felt like a laugh stock to them. It was really discouraging, and I really wish I was not originally told this would be a job shadow, because it was not at all.
