No management. More than a hundred applicants were waiting from morning till evening . Direct interview only. No tea nothing was served to the candidates. First they took interview roundnof all india rankers who were selected by them though almost all of them refused to work at the firm. Then others were kept waiting for tge entire day. And only one panalist was conduction the process.
You can call before going for interview they will tell you the timings it is quite flexible . I called them day before going in to for the interview . I didn't get to wait much. I also mailed my cv to HR's mail id.
