I applied online and I did a phone screening with the recruiter. The recruiter picked up the call with a super negative mode, she asked me a few typical questions and then she started describing the role… from the absolutely negative way she was describing the role, I felt she wanted to tell me not even think about it, I mean she was pissed in general and unmotivated to conduct a screening and promote the job.
