Initial phone screen with Talent Acquisition. 2nd phone screen with HR. Call with hiring manager, HR was to schedule panel interviews and then never heard back. Sent thank you and follow-up plus checked in with my referral. Received notification 3 months after someone was hired that I was no longer under consideration.

Screening interview with talent acquisition was easy. The hiring manager asked basic questions about my functional experience. The focus was my technical expertise only. They moved with other candidates. It was disappointing as I had more to offer beyond my technical experience.

Interview with HM. HM kept mentioning how they got "over 200 applications". As a highly qualified candidate myself, it was not how I would conduct myself in an interview. Also mentioned they didnt have my resume on hand.
