My interview process occurred during the summer of 2021 and included an initial phone screen with someone in Takeda Clinical Ops group, then about a month later I had a series of three panel interviews via MS Teams. The first two were with director-level Clinical Ops members and the last interview was more of a "culture fit" interview with two colleagues in the sub-department that intended to send me a job offer.

None of my interview questions were unexpected or out of the ordinary. The main ones any candidate should prepare for are the routine questions, like:
-Tell me about yourself?
-Walk me through your resume?
-Can you tell me about a time you had to work with a difficult person?
-What is your weakness?
