MS Teams interview- had to fill up a very detailed, maybe slightly intrusive questionnaires prior to interview & this is used to assess candidate before the virtual interview. This procedure - might create some subconscious basis towards the candidate. The HR Talent Manager & Maintenance Manager were conducting the interview. They were very polite & made me feel very comfortable. Overall interview was comfortable & professional.
