I interviewed for two different roles at Takeda. The first interview was in March 2020 and the second in September 2020. I spent more than an hour preparing for each interview and thought the process went well. I never heard back from Takeda with any feedback or next steps. Also, I met with two women who could not clearly articulate the role which I found extremely frustrating.
