J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Takeda Pharmaceuticals
Entretien
First I had to apply, then I went through a web video interview called Hirevue. It's a little weird but think of it as a skype interview. Next, I got a call from a very nice HR lady who informed me that they would like to take the next steps. I got a call from my hiring manager and it was a really pleasant conversation. They were courteous and wanted to know my background and a bit about me. They told me what they do in the department and how it functions and I got a chance to ask them some questions as well.
Overall, I would say that Takeda had a really nice process. Everyone from the HR folks to the hiring managers were nice and friendly.

Really well structured and very nice and friendly people. It wasn’t rushed and they took their time to explain to me the format of the assessment task. Their were around 3 different interview stages, one being a presentation which was around 5-10 mins.

Only 1 interview. No one contacted me to say I was rejected. I found out by looking on Workday to see I’m no longer considered. Not the worst but I would have appreciated more communication. The recruiter was very helpful though.

2 back to back interviewers with basic behavioral and experience questions. It was pretty informal in my view, I spoke with my manager and her boss. They were very friendly and told me only 2-4 other applicants were being interviewed.
