Second round: 1-1 with hiring manager, going through the CV
Third (final) round: series of six 1-1 interviews at their headquarters in Zurich, if which 2 with HR and the rest with management
Approx 3 months end-to-end process, including Christmas period.

Simple, straight forward. Typical HR recruiter screening followed by three virtual 1:1 interviews. Final interview was a virtual panel presentation on a role specific process development. The whole process took about 4 weeks.

Straightforward process, very lean. First rounds were conducted online. Final interview was in person and contained a self-presentation and Q&A session with multiple people from the leadership team. Talent acquisition was very quick and helpful with the entire process.
