You will first do a digital interview, a series of 5 questions about your self, then you will do a face to face interview. Like all sales interviews you are asked situational questions. Remain solution oriented and positive. Sales are tough so you have to be flexible and results oriented.

It was very professional and short. She was very detailed and kind. She walked me through the benefits and the role. We also discussed the recruiting process and timelines. We focused the discussion on my experience and the companies I worked for. We also discussed the company culture and their focus on diversity, equality and inclusion.

I had a phone screen with a recruiter then I interviewed with the district manager. It was mostly a conversational interview. The hiring manager kept prolonging giving me a decision and finally after three weeks post-interview, I was told an intern would be doing the field sales in that district instead, interesting to say the least.
