Entretien
This was the most utterly humiliating job interview I’ve ever stepped into. When I walked in for my interview it was clear many people were interviewing- when it eventually got to my turn I sat at a table with two people conducting the interview, a woman and a man. Wish I could remember their names but the interview was so surreal it threw me off and I can’t recall anymore.
The vibe was they were clearly enjoying their power day of interviewing people looking for work. Although I’ve worked many years in similar restaurants as a server and have references and the resume to back it up I was met with a belittling tone and smirks. At one point they told me to stand up and walk around with a tray with glasses on it that they had waiting. Evidently they did this with all interviewees that day. I’m ashamed to say that the fact that I needed a job paired with shock of being told to parade around like a puppet I actually did it and upon doing so felt instantly dehumanized.
The interviewers laughed at my discomfort and shooed me away.
One of the WORST EXPERIENCES ever. Despise this place I can’t imagine they’re decent employers after that display. Do not recommend

Question 1
How long I’ve been a server
Do I have experience in fine dining (this restaurant is musty with mold and feels dingy but they imagine themselves to be fine dining)
