Interview appointment organized by email upon first contact. Initial interview conducted over Skype by foreign HR member of staff (now conducted by foreign principal). Second interview conducted by Primary Department Curriculum Director (foreign member of staff) with casual discussion about teaching practices and style of instruction/ material/ students and school procedures. Third and final interview conducted by initial HR interviewer with casual discussions about living in China/Taicang city, accommodation allowance and salary negotiation.
