J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Taco Bell (Minneapolis, MN) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Just wear whatever, look presentable, take a shower, no need to wear a fancy suit, because it's fast food. Be polite, make eye contact, and be yourself. It would depend on the day and what time it is during that day. If you come in during lunch or dinner, be prepared to stay at least 30 minutes before the actual interview takes place. If you get accepted, they show you a tour of the place, meet everybody that's working, have you fill out more papers so they can file you in their system, give you a uniform, and setup a training schedule on when to begin your first day.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They are going to ask you some simple questions like, availability, position you apply for, how many hours your looking to work each week. If you can close on the weekends, you can almost guarantee that you got the job, they are always looking for Weekend closers, that's Friday, Saturday, and Sunday's. If you can close those days, they will offer you more pay.

Went well but they didn’t hire me after turning down my application 2 other times for whatever reason and that being the third. They don’t actually care about hiring employees and their management is lazy.

It was very quick an easy, the manager she was very polite. She asked couple questions also ask if I needed to tell her anything so overall nice interview I left really confident with interview so yea.
It was thorough but not too annoying. They kept it brief while at the same time asking a lot of questions and being very stern. It was an overall good interview although I never got called back for the job. I assume the position was filled by a more trustworthy candidate as I was not giving off that impression at the time.
