Applied online and went in person to hand in resume. Got called a few weeks later for an interview with a shift manager. A couple weeks later had an interview with the GM, and didn't start until about a whole month later.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview. They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
