J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Taco Bell (Irvine, CA)

      Entretien

First the recruiter reached out for a very quick and easy phone interview. Then that was followed by an interview with someone who would have been my Manager. Once he approved me moving to the next stage, the recruiter told me I needed to interview with 6 more people from various departments. The recruiter first started by asking my availability and then after I sent it she responded a few days later with all 6 employees' availability to have me figure it out?? Thought coordinating was part of the recruiter's role. They also needed me to fit all 6 interviews in 1 week while working a full time job. Once all the interviews were scheduled they sent you a coupon for a free $0.99 taco to 'thank you for your time'. One thing that stood out to me was that one of the people I interviewed with said that if she could change anything about the company, she would make it stable. Not the best thing to hear while going through the process. When I ultimately didn't get an offer I wasn't upset because of that comment and the unorganized process of the interviews.

      Question 1

Favorite campaign that you’re proud of and why? What is your dream job? Tell me about a time when you had a campaign that wasn’t successful and what did you do to fix it? How would you bond with the agency? Are you concerned at all with switching your role and trusting the agency to do all the nitty gritty work? Tell me about a time when you remedied/made a process more efficient and how did you do it? How did you share this with your team? Strengths and weaknesses? How do you keep up your team’s morale while WFH? How do you deliver criticism to your team? Why do you think you would be great in this role? Are you a big picture person or detail oriented? What steps would you take if you were asked to do something you have no idea how to do? Tell me about a time when you made a mistake? How did you handle the situation? What are your thoughts on 1st party vs 3rd party data
