The full interview process consists of 5 stages:
1. Initial recruiter interview after referral
2. Director of Engineering for front-end teams - culture fit/behavioral interview
3. At this stage, told that I would move forward to the take-home test stage. Recruiter sent it the take-home project to complete within the week. Projected time indicates to only take 3-4 hours to work on it and to submit the project.
4. Was told by recruiter that I'll be moving forward to the next stage - met with 3 Engineer Manager and Senior Engineers to go over project and discuss the strategies and tradeoffs I took. Did not know at the time but it was also for a team fit interview.
5. Last stage before offer was with another Director of Engineering for back-end teams - mostly behavioral type questions with values based and experiences type questions
