I was approached by recruiter to apply for this position, When the first interview with this company was finally set, the interviewer did not show up and I was on the call with the recruited for 10 minutes waiting for the interviewer. He gave a lousy explanation that he did not get an invite. After the interview was rescheduled and the interviewer showed up, I learned that this company provided 10 days off and no paid sick days. Also they wanted the new hire to come to the office 3 times a week. In general not a good impression on the company by the interview.
