One full day of interviews with 7 different people. Each interview covered a different part of the environment and/or the technology needed to do the role. They asked prior what I wanted for lunch which was a thoughtful touch. They clearly had their interview process down to a science. Normally I don't do interviews this duration, but it was clearly helpful in making them more comfortable on bringing me into the company.
