Very casual dropped cv off was called in the following day interviewed and shown around site and spent time looking at systems in place meet all the team and introduced to owners. I felt really comfortable and relaxed about the whole process. I was then called a few days later to be told i had the job. I started a few days later and had a really good induction week and great training.
