After making it past the phone screen I come onsite for a F2F interview. 1 of the 3 people I was interviewing with had to leave 10 minutes in. I was told they were looking for someone to work 45-50 hours a week, be on call 24/7 for after hours issues and answer the phone 15-20 times a day supporting 170 users for tier 1 support. I also found out that there had been at least 2 other people in this position previously that had left. After 2 weeks of not hearing back after the interview and sending multiple emails and VM's I finally got an email back saying they were pursuing other candidates.
