I was contacted through Linkedin to do an interview for this role and had a zoom interview. The interview itself was a nice chat, but clearly the interviewer was only interested in scrapping for information regarding my previous position at a competitor. They didn't even bother to send a follow up email to let me know if I progressed to another round of interviews or not, just total radio silence, which seems unprofessional to me.
