5 minute ice breaker - Had to choose a song that you represented you the best and explain why using examples of your life.
Group exercise, putting a list in priority order - Looking for how you work in a team, what you bring to the team. So don't be quiet and not be overpowering.
Maths exam - Take a calculator with you and learn your percentages if you can't remember how to do them.
Call listening - Talk to the person about the job and concentrate on what their doing.
1-1 interview if you passed the bench mark for the maths exam and group exercise.

Entretien
Had a virtual interview, heard back at the end of the following week. No questions asked about tourism, all scenarios based off previous customer service experience. I think they asked 5 questions in total. I’d prepared answers to typical questions such as “why do you want this job?” Or “what are your strengths?” But these weren’t asked, I felt like I couldn’t really let my skills shine so I tried my best to incorporate my skills into the questions asked and I got the job.
Easy interview if you have customer service experience.

Entretien
After my telephone interview I was invited to a virtual interview and I found out that TUI don't actually care about their employees having an interest in tourism. As long as you can demonstrate customer service and sales experience then you don't actually have to care about the tourism industry.
