Entretien
Applied online and got a call from hiring manager. I was out of state but manager said if i dont visit the headquarter, i may miss on this opportunity. So, I traveled on my own and gave in-person interview. 3 interviewers along with the hiring manager interviewed and overall the interview was conducted very unprofessionally and one recruiter did not show up and another did not even shake hands properly. Also, asked a lot of negative questions like gaps in employment which was not in the resume but maybe in the recruiter's mind.

Many questions but some were not applicable to the accounting intern position, for example am I good with SAP? The job description did not say any software preference and it might be hard for student intern to know all these right from school. Besides, they were looking for someone long-term and did not mention this to me during phone screen or in job description as I was an out-of-state candidate and was going to school far away from this job.
Had a phone call interview with HR. Next day phone call interview with the manager. The offer came next day and I accepted. Might have been quick because there may have been a deadline approaching.

Entretien
The interview was pretty relaxed and it mostly consisted of casual conversation. A little bit less than a week after I applied they reached out to schedule an interview. The interview was conducted by three engineers. The only engineering related questions they asked were related to strength of materials and choice of material in a design.

Entretien
The interview process was really straightforward. No tests were used and it was very conversational like. One on one. I found out within in a week that I got it.
