The interview process took about a week not to include background check and drug test. I was given a call by HR and interviewed over the phone at first. Later I was called in for a second interview with HR and then moved forward to being interviewed by my current manager and director.

Was reached out by the recruiter. Had a good conversation, which covered my experience and what I was looking for, including comp. The pay was low in comparison to other companies. I was informed of next step, but got ghosted after.
