It took a long time to finish testing and the initial screening process and was all done in a virtual environment. Once the in-person interviews started, I started to get the sense that they were beginning to actually understand what I can do.
The interview was very clear and concise. I was able to answer all of th questions as it's related to the job that I am applying for. They are very direct to the point.

very simple.. cut and dry.. given clear direction on the next steps throughout the hiring process... you always knew what to expect next, and the expectations set were clearly communicated

be prepared. The HR responded early and scheduled meetings with the managers. it was a fairly simple process. I was interview by two TQM. They asked about my experience in Customer service sector. The kind of company culture I liked. I was ;provided a deep dive as to what the company does.
