I applied as a front of house employee and was hire as a back of house because they had no availabilities. Pay was somewhere around $9.00 for back of house and $8.00 for front of house. For some reason they had both the general and assistant manager interview me at the same time. Most basic interview ever.

Entretien
Interview process is lengthy, but I don't think that's a negative. For a manager position you go through three interviews. The first interview is a phone call, the second is an interview with the stores gm, and the last is with the regional director.
