I applied to TRKKKN for a specific role, but the interview process quickly became confusing and unstructured. During the process, the team shifted expectations and started evaluating me for a completely different role than the one I originally applied for, which already showed a lack of clarity and internal alignment.
I went through multiple interview rounds and invested significant time preparing, including completing a take-home assignment and preparing thoroughly for the next scheduled interview. However, just two days before the meeting, the company suddenly withdrew the interview invitation, stating that their priorities had changed. This happened after considerable effort and time had already been invested on my side.
The overall experience felt highly unprofessional and disorganized. Communication was inconsistent, expectations kept changing, and there seemed to be no clear decision-making process within the team. From a candidate’s perspective, this reflects poor planning and a lack of respect for applicants’ time and effort.
In hindsight, I am actually grateful that I was not hired. The confusion and unprofessional behavior throughout the process made it clear that the working environment may not have been healthy or well-managed. I can only say I dodged a bullet.
