Phone interview with recruiter was thorough. Very smooth process to schedule interview. And great follow up after interview by recruiter and was scheduled for a manager interview and received an offer shortly after.

Initial interview is a quick screening phone call by an internal HR recruiter. In my case she said she'd pass my resume on to the hiring manager. 3 weeks later I got a form email saying they were going with another candidate. 2 weeks after that email I got am email from the hiring manager requesting a phone interview. We set up a day/time for about 2 weeks in the future (that time frame was their choice.) The day of the interview came but I never received a call. I'm posting because I found the entire recruiting process to be unprofessional so I'm no longer interested in this company, even if I hear back today with an apology. I don't plan to reach back out to them.
