I was referred by a family friend who works for TRC solutions, the interview process was very relaxed. Interviewers asked me questions about me (personality, engineering experience, likes and dislikes from previous jobs) more or less to gauge if I would be a good fit for the position than the typical behavioral based interview process asking questions about experiences from previous jobs and how I handled them. Then proceeded to tell me about the position and things that it entailed and answered all questions I had about the company, engineering careers in general, and did not cause me to feel rushed at all throughout the interview.
