You will have to do a hearing and comprehension test which is easy. Then they will have you complete a 1 on 1 interview with a Sales supervisor or Sales manager. They will let you know immediately if you will be hired or not, and 9/10 you will be hired. Try to ask for the Mutual of Omaha Department the sales agents there get bathe best leads and the get paid the most.

Tell how you handle an objection during a sales process
it's a easy process then you have to go to a week training pass the insurance test then start another week of training once your actually job begins then a month process of answering phones before you really start
It was a mass hiring event starting in about June where I waited about 1.5 hours before an interview in a room with the other potential candidates. The actual interview was very basic with nothing about me as a person.

Entretien
Consisted of two phone interviews. One with recruiter and the other with hiring manager. Once selected I was enrolled into a pre license course and it was paid for. Including getting my insurance license.
