The interview process consists of two stages. The first stage focuses on initial screening and assessing basic qualifications, experience, and communication skills. The second stage involves a more in-depth evaluation of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and overall fit for the role and organization.

Applied on company career website. Four consecutive interviews with people in the software development department. Strictly technical. Interviews were brief. Each interview lasted 15-20 minutes. I was able to answer most of the questions but not all. I would say 60%. The response seemed positive from all interviewers. I was shocked when I was not offered the position.

3 interviews. First round met pleasant guy for 1 hour technical interview. Nothing difficult about this interview, technical but not majorly so. More about do you fit the needs of the position.
Second round was rather odd. Was told it would be confrontational - it was. 20mins I was out the door!!! Guy had major ego, was unable to see the goals of the Company through his own ego lens. My way or the highway.
Still, I got the 3rd interview with HR which was 1hr although stretched to 1.5hrs, standard stuff, had a great chat and should phase nobody.
Got the call, didn't get the job - impression? Tire kickers...
