My interview process was nice and smooth. From the start, the interviewer made me feel comfortable, which helped lessen my nervousness. The questions were clear and mostly about my communication skills, basic customer service scenarios, and how I handle different situations. It felt more like a conversation than a strict interview, and I was able to answer confidently. Overall, it was a positive experience because everything went smoothly and the flow was professional yet friendly.

It is a difficult process since I waited for 2 to 3 hours because there's a lot of applicants in the recruitment hub that day, but it is okay since I learned so much from it. The entire interview is not easy but I'm blessed that I passed it all.

Interview process is just them wanting to know what kind of internet you have, how fast, what hours you're looking for and waiting for an offer letter. It was pretty straight forward.
