I apply a week before the holy week and all of the process are done in a day. The HR will already tell you if you are hired or not and they are really accommodating. Since I am a total newbie in the industry, this first-time experience is a great memory for me to remember.

The interview process was smooth and straightforward. The recruiters were approachable and explained each step clearly. It included an initial screening, assessment, and final interview. The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.
