I applied online, recieved an email to a online group session which was about 20-30 mins. After that I recieved an email to schedule an over the phone interview. After the interview I went straight to paper work, and a drug test. Orientation is another group session where you fill out paper work. I think the process is pretty easy but it depends on which company you are working for and how quickly orientations fill up. My process took about 3 weeks, only because I had to wait for the next orientation. The pay is 10.50, and I'm working for Verizon (5 week training).

The interview process is a BREEZE. As long as you pass the assessment, you get the job. It’s really that simple. They send you a zoom/teams link for the interview. The “interview” is just them asking you about your hours, telling you the salary, and the client you’ll be working for.
